As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 Paragraph 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and general legislation. However, pursuant to Sections 8 to 10 of the TMG, we are not obliged, as a service provider, to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances that might indicate illegal activity.

The processing of this data is based on Article 6  Paragraph 1 letter b)  of the GDPR, provided that your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries addressed to us Article 6 Paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR or on your consent Article 6 Paragraph 1 letter a) of the GDPR where this has been sought; consent may be withdrawn at any time.

The data you enter in the contact form will be retained by us until you request its deletion, withdraw your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. once your enquiry has been dealt with). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.
